Shipping and Returns

Shipping

 Our shipping hours are 8:00am - 3:00pm CST Monday - Friday

We understand receiving your order in a timely manner is important. We will do our best to make sure that your order will ship quickly. As we are the manufacturer, sometimes certain parts will be in production. In this case shipping times will vary. When selecting a shipping option, please be aware that the shipping time listed is for when the package leaves our facility. Example: If an order was placed at 4:00pm CST on Monday and Standard shipping was selected, in most cases the order will ship the next day at 3:30pm CST and would arrive on Thursday. 

In the event of a lost or damaged package, the customer will contact the shipping company used to process a claim. Thunder Heart Performance takes no responsibly once the package has left our facility. 

 

Returns 


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Warranty items are excluded from the 30 day return policy. Please see Warranty Page.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee is to offset labor and packing materials. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@thunder-max.com. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@thunder-max.com and send your item to: Thunder Heart Performance Corporation, 120 Industrial Drive, White House TN 37188, United States.
